Dedication to excellence. Good teachers should try to get the best from their students and themselves. They should not settle for poor grades, knowing it reflects upon their ability to teach just as much upon a students ability to excel. The best teachers encourage the sharing of ideas and offer incentives to get students to think outside with a broader aspect. Teachers should encourage students to be good human for the society, not just good memorizers of text. Scoring Marks in test should not be the prime goal of the teacher for the student.
